Yeah, that’s right.
We keep dreaming. That’s the problem. I don’t know about WE but I keep dreaming. I AM doing something about me being wealthy someday, but then, looking at the way I am living, It doesn’t appear anywhere near rich to me. Hell, It doesn’t even look Adequate.
A few hundreds of rupees here and there make all the godamned difference. It has become difficult to put aside even Rs 2000 every month. I have been trying to slash my expenses down bigtime. I am about to get rid of my datacard, about to scrimp on my food budget, and slash down all other fancy expenses. Getting to the Bare Minimum Skin.
Still, doesn’t help. It is all happening at a time when I am young, I have loads and loads of energy and I don’t mind slogging my butts.
Imagine how it would be 20 years from now, when you are old and cannot work anywhere. You would retire. Unless you are a Dan Brown or a Donald Trump or a Bill Gates, your chances of leading the same lifestyle is a little …ahem..Uncertain.
Now does it sound more scary than the pleasure you would derive out of going to a useless mall only to blow your hard-earned money on your lousy girl-friend? Or that good-for-nothing pizza?
Think again, Comrade. Life is tough now, life can be an old bitch when you are old yourself.
